Getting a new laptop - What's better, Intel Centrino, or an Intel/AMD Dual Core? - centrino laptop
I'm looking at laptops, and I see the different processors.
The one I like to have, Intel Centrino and the other AMD Turion ™ X2 RM-72 Dual-Core Mobile Processor
Centrino laptops are more expensive, so I assume that they are the best processors? Am I right?
The distinction that I do not like about Intel or AMD, which is better, about the difference between Centrino and Dual-core question.

Centrino is a dual-core.
The term defines a set of Intel Centrino platform.
If you use standard (in writing Word documents, e-mails, surf the Internet or) play of light, then it is better. Both are as well made.
Intel has the advantage when it comes to graphics capabilities for things like a photo shop.
AMD is better for performance in applications such as databases.
Dual Core is better than a single-core Centrino in terms of performance and power consumption. Because you always have a laptop and, when taking into account the mobility, laptops, preferably low-power settings using the new dual-core processors.
Intel also has a number of dual-core processors - Core 2 Duo
Dual-core processors are generally better than Centrino. Proccessor new technology is more efficient, they are faster proccessor basic low energy consumption. After two cores, it is more efficient to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. As programs, two and four cores are optimized and quicker.
Centrino is usually better, but it depends on the processor speed. Find the person with a GHz faster processor. GHz pronounced.

They are good .. I use the Dual-Core AMD for the game.
