1. Write or visit the manufacturer of the changing table. You will have instructions for the assembly or be able to download directly from the manufacturer's website.
2. Or you can go to Wal-Mart .. Tell them that you bought it recently and had any statement to another table or be given a copy for yourself.
3. Nothing else .. They steal your local Wal-Mart and other table ... :)
