Vulcan Tire 2001 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 Classic Back Tire?

2001 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 Classic back tire? - vulcan tire

Currently I have a 2001 Vulcan 1500 Classic. It has a stock of new tires 150/80/16. I have worked with Metzler and they say I can be up to 160th I wonder anyone out there who develop a greater maturity in the population? And what size you go with? Thanks

I recommend to stay with the tires values.
Why?
because the engineers engineering Kawasaki wheels with tires this size, especially proves what, that the bike with tires of different sizes and came with his size than the best.
A couple of tires will reduce the performance and adding a greater burden on the clutch and gearbox.
A larger tire can not subscribe to the width of the rim.
A larger tire will install a bear, you may need to reduce the strut axis, only to get up the tree, you can rub the side of the swingarm.
Their problems just too much trouble, too.
The best road tires, cruise through the Pirelli MT66, (Route 66)
